Spent 20 minutes on hold in order to try and find out if they have the part in stock that I needed, when I finally was able to talk to a human they weren't able to comprehend what it was I was asking for so they had me text them a picture of the part, and then hung up on me. I tried calling back and was placed immediately back on hold. Complete and utter waste of time
let these people work on your truck if u want to be ripped off. asked manager how much they charge after recieving an outrageous bill, he said as much ad they can, he thought it was funny. after getting them to take around 600.00 off bill i left and they never saw me again
