Giving no stars should be an option. For this place, even 1 is too many!!! If you re looking for a company to order wrong parts, lie about the status of your truck, sleep in your truck and give an 11 day turnaround for repair..Then this is the place. If not, Please take heed and Avoid at ALL cost!!!! Do Not Bring your vehicle to this place for service!!!! You will regret it. Incompetence, Lack of accountability and Unprofessionalism is their real specialty. Not Freightliners.

We were visiting Florida in our motorhome and ran into a problem. We called Empire Truck Center; as they were right off I-10 at Defuniak Springs FL and we would be traveling thru there the next day. We were told that they open at 6am and they would take a look at our motorhome and attempt to diagnose the problem. We arrived at 6am and within a couple of hours they pulled the motorhome in and diagnosed the problem and in a few hours we were back on the road again. Worst experience I ever had in a freightliner dealer in parts. The woman who attended me was the most disrespectful person I ever met . I went today because I need for my truck a windshield wipers and I said wrong the part, and when she was looking on the computer for the part number I showe her the picture that what I was looking for, and OMG she almost had an attack 🤣 and make really gross movements with her face.
