He is a fast and nice guy.
Got pulled in for inspection and had a couple things wrong but Luis came to my aid immediately with no problem, he genuinely underpromises but overdelivers, he more than willing to work with you if needed and ALWAYS answers the phone no matter what time of the day it is. He truly saved my ass today, 11/10 would definitely recommend! I was still able to make my load on time because of him immediately rushing to my aid.
