Very disappointed, our shipment was marked as inside delivery. The driver was not happy when I pointed that out to him, he then left the pallet and plastic wrap in the middle of our sidewalk in front of our business.

Lazy and unprofessional is the best way to describe Lastway. They delivered a pallet of retaining wall blocks and without any texts or phone calls or any notification, they put the pallet on my front SIDEWALK, NOT MY DRIVEWAY.. Because of this, I’m obstructing a public right of way, and the only way I can move it is to manually move each block by hand, which is going to make this project 10 times more difficult. had a delivery that was tenders from tforce to this outfit. I called at 10 am to make delivery appointment, person on phone said it wasn't in system to call in the afternoon, they could get it by the next day. I called at 2:30, same statement, they said to call back between 5-7..called at 5:30, oh, sorry, truck has already been loaded, but we can get it in a couple of days...just sad.
