So far very disappointed. According to Amazon my package was transferred to the carrier on March 18th. Today I get a call at 10:51 from Fastway Freight saying they have been trying to get a hold of me for the last 10 minutes. I checked my call log and I did miss their call at 10:48. He also stated he left a voicemail last week. Of course I checked again and there was no missed call or voicemail from them. This company transferred my shipment to their Wenatchee office 4 days ago it had a delivery date of today. I called to find out where my package was an was told they didn't come deliver cause they didn't have enough stuff to deliver in my area so I gotta wait thru the weekend to get my shipment. So 4 days they've had it but made no contact an because of something that isn't my issue I gotta wait till it's convenient for them to make a delivery.
Fast Way Freight delivered my large items (over 500lbs) to my remote address on time and with great communication. I was able to speak with them to track the delivery, and when it was time for delivery day, the driver (Sean) had great communication and made the effort to deliver right to my doorstep. Great job!
Professional, kind and on time delivery service! Fastway reached out as I was told they would, morning of scheduled delivery. Home Depot site states it is curbside delivery or delivery dock so I asked Fastway if they could place just over garage threshold as it was a crate of ledger stone, not moveable by any human. I was told they would request a box truck with equipment to place the crate. The delivery man was very kind, and professional and I was so grateful!
