Lazy and unprofessional is the best way to describe Lastway. They delivered a pallet of retaining wall blocks and without any texts or phone calls or any notification, they put the pallet on my front SIDEWALK, NOT MY DRIVEWAY.. Because of this, I’m obstructing a public right of way, and the only way I can move it is to manually move each block by hand, which is going to make this project 10 times more difficult. had a delivery that was tenders from tforce to this outfit. I called at 10 am to make delivery appointment, person on phone said it wasn't in system to call in the afternoon, they could get it by the next day. I called at 2:30, same statement, they said to call back between 5-7..called at 5:30, oh, sorry, truck has already been loaded, but we can get it in a couple of days...just sad.
So far very disappointed. According to Amazon my package was transferred to the carrier on March 18th. Today I get a call at 10:51 from Fastway Freight saying they have been trying to get a hold of me for the last 10 minutes. I checked my call log and I did miss their call at 10:48. He also stated he left a voicemail last week. Of course I checked again and there was no missed call or voicemail from them. My package, which Amazon said I would have tomorrow, will now be delivered on Thursday, and I HAVE TO MEET THEM WHERE THE... read more
