Mathew Basset from Freight Train Electric did a phenomenal job with a very challenging outdoor security light installation. He was here all day solving problem after problem until everything was perfect and to our satisfaction. He tackled an installation that other electricians would not even bother with, or would charge a ridiculous price because of the difficulty. Our experience with Matthew was TERRIFIC. From my first contact, he was professional, timely, helpful, and thorough. We had to do a fairly major electrical upgrade to add amperage that would accommodate a Level 2 EV charger. There were some logistical challenges involved, and he worked through them all, explaining our options, being very straightforward about the work required and costs. Local small business that does excellent work at reasonable prices. He reviewed our elec panel and unfortunately, couldn't just add another 220V/50 amp service for electric car charging due to it being max'ed out. So he put a load monitor on the outlet to only allow car charging when load would allow. Passed inspection and made it work. 100% recommend.
