They were friendly and fast. FYI THEY’RE CLOSED ON SATURDAYS.
The staff here is nice and fast! They unload under 30 minutes and get you on your way. They usually are at the facility around 6am so they will unload you before they officially open at 8am. Doors to unload are 34 and 35, easy back. Drive into other warehouse and straight back.
They are on the south end of the building. Tesla, with a big building top sign, is on the north end. You can't see their signage because of all the 53's street dropped, and all the box trucks in their parking lot. They are not even on the building group sign. They are quick. Box trucks make the back... interesting.
I haven’t even gone to check in and these guys have been awesome!!. I was lucky enough to catch someone who was here and they told me where I could park for an AM delivery!. On another note they have not moved! the Google is right but the suite is 600 at the end of that building. I would recommend parking on the side of street and going to talk to the people before pulling in! It is extremely small and only unloads out of one door. Again I can’t express how helpful everyone was in getting me a safe place to sit till the AM!.... read more
