Spent some of the best days- years of my life here! Great starter apartment if you are new to the city. Not a whole lot of places to walk to but great location if you have a car.
So poorly managed and overpriced. Emphasis on the poor management. Any property relying on Habitat Property Management is sure to have high turnover.
I wish I could say something positive but I can’t. Karen and Lilly are rude the management is carless and isn’t on top of doing their job. There’s so many off leash dogs here that it’s unsafe. We never had a fully working oven. They are now having security stalk us as we exit the building. Everything has been documented. Management even has threatened the city investigator that gave them citations for unlivable conditions. Multiple residents have had mold issues.
