Very unprofessional customer service. Staff can clearly see me in the lobby seeking assistance, yet none of the staff made an effort to engage or offer help. I don’t usually take the time to leave negative reviews, but as a customer who felt ignored, I believe it’s important to provide this feedback for management’s awareness.
