Horrible company. I ordered a large home generator from The Home Depot. The Home Depot uses Non Stop Delivery for their deliveries and Non Stop Delivery uses this local 3rd party company for deliveries in my area of Northern CA... unfortunately. The folks at Non Stop Delivery were as helpful as they could be but Freight King was horrible. They never answer their phones and have NO customer service whatsoever. Lousy customer service. I placed order through Homedepot for Anderson Windows. The lady informed me the windows are received,11/20 morning. She said the the schedule delivery is on Tuesday. I requested her to deliver on either on 11/20 or 11/21 before thanks giving. I said I may not be available on 11/27. She said she can do on Friday. I requested to deliver on 11/21.
