Freighthouse Fitness is such a great vibe. It really feels like a community—everyone is supportive, encouraging, and actually wants to see each other do well. The coaches are awesome and make workouts challenging but fun, no matter where you’re at. Plus, they always play great music, which makes the workouts go by so much faster. If you want a gym that feels welcoming and motivating, this is the place.
Just celebrated 1-year anniversary at Freight House. One of the best decisions I have made. On day one I felt immediately welcomed along with zero intimidation. Bre and Brandon are absolute treasures along with the entire coaching staff. FH is all about strength, accountability, and community. Make the jump and come in. You won’t leave.
Freight House has been an overall life changing experience for me. I’ve overcome so many life challenges while being a member here. I appreciate all the coaches , the atmosphere and can’t forget the Vibe!! It’s one of a kind. Best Gym KC has to offer. It’s the show me state and we show up and show out
This is my favorite place in the world. The trainers make me feel welcome & safe. The classes are fun & the music is great. I left a bigger gym with more amenities & classes (cough woodside) to come here full time because their 30 min workouts felt more efficient (and fun) than the 45 min classes. It’s truly a community and they make me look forward to going to the gym!
