DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Terrible! Not delivered on the day THEY made the appointment for. No call. I called and was told it had Just Arrived and would be delivered today between 12-5. I received an email saying it had been delivered and it most definitely has not. NO ONE has called me. When I finally spoke with someone after getting passed around the phone tree I was told that it had been delivered to another shipping company with a smaller truck and will arrive tomorrow. Supposed to deliver on Thursday. Told it was re-scheduled for the next day between 1 and 4 pm. Never showed up. Had to finally pick it up at the terminal. Will never use them again.
Sheduled delivery was between 1 PM and 5 PM. The driver showed at 7 PM and told me I had to help push the dolly or I would not get my items. The shipment was damaged and he said he would note it and he did not even make me sign for the receipt.
Original shipment was rescheduled from 8/9 to 8/13 which is understandable due to something with train being derailed is what I was told. On 8/13 my delivery window was 11 to 3. The shipment is large and needs to be transported to another storage facility and I had to have arrangements made for its delivery. The delivery never showed nor was a call made to reschedule or notify me. When I called they just said sorry it will be the next day. On 8/14 once again the delivery was scheduled between 11-3p. If I could give 0 stars, I would. We've been rescheduled for delivery 3 different days, we were told "Delivery will be August 7th between 9 and Noon" we called at 9 a.m. and were reassured our delivery was on the truck headed our way. I checked the tracking # at 1 p.m. for it to say "Last updated at 12:09" so it was updated after the delivery window had ended and we received no call.
