This place is a nightmare. Can’t find my package, cant communicate. They use a secondary shipper. So you’re using a broker (is hip) to higher a broker (these fools) to hire a shipper. They have no control. Do not use!!! Use anyone else. It’s been 9 days now and no idea when I’ll see my package.
