Have used them for years but past 5 have been bad! No return calls, no communication! Always at lunch or on vacation yet they are backed up with customer! They had my 2020-2023 taxes I just got the returns on 5/15/26! They never filed my 2024 or 2025! They have lost my 2025 documents! I’ve been coming here for the past six years and they are very busy. They always seem to find time to help me out and get my taxes done. They handle my monthly bookkeeping as well and answer the phone for me anytime I need help. What a great place and group of people. Without them I’d be lost.

I hate to leave negative reviews but felt that I needed to share my experience. I called to book with an individual referred to me by a coworker on March17th. I was told the soonest they could get me in would be April 3rd and they asked me if that would be okay and I said yes, I'll take it. When I asked for the appt time the young lady on the phone said the tax preparer was at lunch and would have to call me back with the time.
