Definitely helped me in my time of need
I had a great experience with this law firm. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and treated me with compassion throughout the entire bankruptcy process. They explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made what felt like an overwhelming situation much less stressful. I truly appreciate their guidance and would highly recommend them to anyone needing honest, reliable legal assistance.
This place took forever to get me filed. They never did file me. I went and asked for my money back because I was unhappy with the time length it took and then my mortgage company offered me a better deal. Now of course, it's time to get my money back. And of course, I'm gonna have problems when there should not be a question, I have my receipts. I have an email that states. I completed the course and my fee was waived and I'm being told I have to wait for my money back.
Another update- no im not giving any context other than they are handling her case poorly. She has already paid to file & they have not done a thing. Not to mention they keep pulling two monthly payments instead of one as agreed to pay the lawyer. Even after repeadtly telling them, they are horrible with communication. Communication is TERRIBLE. I wouldn’t recommend anyone use them. Do it yourself or go with someone else.
