This place sucks nooooo organization it's noway a person should still be here after 8pm with a 1 pm appt if I could give 0 stars I would because they care 0 FUCKS about getting in and out
This place is disaster, i come here in 5pm appt in 4:20pm checked in, get door 7:20pm still loading , slow like hell, guy next to me wait 6 hrs to be loaded this place dont deserve not even one star , management must do something about this this not freezpak , this is disaster
Worst location to pick up load here. For 10 pallets easily 5 hours or more loading time. Highly recommended don’t come here. It’s my 3rd time and facing the same problem.
