As a former competive power lifter, I came to this gym 11 years ago with major injuries in order to rehabilitate myself. My plan was to get better and go back to my regular gym in Rockville. My plan changed, and I realized how nice this gym was, how friendly everyone was, how clean it was, so I decided this was going to be my gym home. I even added Yoga and stretch classes to my weekly routine. I could go to any gym I want, but I choose FreeZone Fitness!

Freezone Fitness - Thank you!!! You were just what I was looking for and exactly what needed 6 years ago when I joined. I appreciate all of the support and encouragement over the years which has certainly aided with my progress. The friendly staff and fellow members here make more than just a place to work out….

Clean gym, has all the equipment I need, is on the smaller size but is usually not crowded and rarely do I need to wait to use a piece of equipment. They offer classes as well as part of the monthly dues which is a nice bonus. I think this gym will work for most people, but if you want a bigger gym with a lot of equipment, I would look elsewhere.

Saleswoman LIED about my contract, cost me additional money, I do not recommend based on the LIES I was told by the sales woman. For the record I used a fake name on my email account, but don't believe her continuous LIES that I was not a member, I still have my contract for anyone needing proof. Again More LIES from a greedy saleswoman, can't even take accountability. No integrity. Don't support this behavior, demand honesty.
