AMAZING DJ from start to finish, even adding in extra’s that were unexpected! As mother of the groom I was just as stressed out about the event! Jeff reassured us with consistent communication, and made me, as well as the bride and groom who don’t live in Fernandina, feel at ease! Unreliable and Unprofessional DJ. My fiancé and I hired Jeff Freese for our wedding , paid him upfront, and experienced nothing but frustration and unprofessional behavior. After receiving my payment, he failed to deliver the service and told me he was double booked and took months to respond to my phone calls and messages. Despite numerous attempts to resolve the issue, he refused to return my money!!! Who does this to people looking to get married???!!!!! His lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable.
