Fran fixed our refrigerator. He was prompt, professional & courteous. Our freezer was icing up with a half an inch or more of ice. Fran defrosted the freezer and then he went through a process of deconstructing the area behind the freezer drawer. Fran then drained the filter that was full of gunk! Reassembled & reset the freezer to correct setting. Here's the great news, our refrigerator wasn't working this well for the last two and a half, three years. Scam artist. Was here less than 30 minutes - changed a part because he said it was "loose" - charged us $250 and left. Refrig not fixed doing the same thing we called him to do.
When my refrigerator was leaking and I was at my wits' end, Fran calmed me down, drove to my house, fixed the problem in an hour and charged me a reasonable price. He's the best and I recommend him highly.
