I called Yervand this afternoon, he promptly responded and agreed to come in the late afternoon. He showed up as promised, quickly diagnosed the problem, we negotiated a fair price for the repairs and he proceeded to do what was needed. I was impressed with the fact he had the part needed and all other supplies to get the work completed in one trip. Most professional, and on top of that, a very nice guy. I highly recommend him.

My fridge suddenly malfunctioned and after multiple attempts to reach my landlord, I was referred to Ervand. He arrived at my home within 20 minutes and quickly diagnosed the issue. While ordering the replacement part, he also found a temporary solution to keep the fridge running until the part arrived. Punctual professional service. The individual who serviced the “dead” SUMIT wine cooler came on time as promised and completed his work in about hour and a half. Everything is working. You could tell that the service guy knew what he was doing - he gave me an explanation of steps he is going to implement and he did it!!!! Wow!!! Very much impressed of his presence and knowledge.
