I called Yervand this afternoon, he promptly responded and agreed to come in the late afternoon. He showed up as promised, quickly diagnosed the problem, we negotiated a fair price for the repairs and he proceeded to do what was needed. I was impressed with the fact he had the part needed and all other supplies to get the work completed in one trip. Most professional, and on top of that, a very nice guy. I highly recommend him.
Trey Freeman in Pasadena. Technician Ervand Agababian came out and was able to diagnose the problem quickly. He was able to tell me my compressor was working fine, but there was a blocked freon line. Removed the component that was blocked,, replaced it with new component after cleaning and flushing the system. Refilled the freon and everything is working fabulously! My freezer had broken overnight, all the internal pieces were completely frozen and not working. It was making very loud noises and needed to be fixed ASAP. He came over and quickly pulled it apart, melted the ice and fixed the fridge completely, then put it back together. Only took around 45 minutes. Amazing service, great price, would recommend.
