NEVER have I EVER felt so taken care of by a service company before!
When I was looking for a company to replace our furnace/AC system and install and HRV system, we called about a dozen companies! Freezen was the first of 3 companies to get back to us. They showed up when they said they would and provided a quote that was very reasonable. One company didn't even show up for the quote, another did a walk through and never sent a quote. Chris at Freezen was great to communicate with, the guys who did the work were friendly, and even let my son make then a "check list" so he would feel involved... read more
