Unfortunately, today’s experience was extremely disappointing and frustrating. I drove approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes each way from Niagara for a 4:00 PM appointment. That is a significant commitment of both time and money, especially with gas being around $1.80/L. I had actually had my own plans change, but I still chose to honour my appointment because I had committed to it and did not want to cancel at the last minute.
