Wow, I've been to 4 different bike shops in the past 2 weeks, and I must say these guys hands down are the best when it comes to customer service. I am a middle aged woman (late 50's)who is just getting back into biking, and the past 3 bike shops have all treated me with somewhat dismissive attitude/service. Phenomenal LBS. Above and beyond knowledge and service, and great folks on top of that. Been a customer since they opened in 2005. 4 bikes purchased there. New location is sooooo nice with plenty of parking. World largest Grove bike collection!
