On a Saturday, in McAlester, Oklahoma, we had no heat and we called four different heat and air companies for an available tech. Freeze and Flare was the only company out of the four contacted that could come out. Our service tech Dakota was at our house within an hour. He identified three different problems that needed addressed and after getting the approval to proceed and fix them, he had the system back up and running.
