Super disappointing experience on the phone enquiring about a family member's car with faulty AC. The first gent I spoke with was lovely , unfortunately i was passed to someone else and he wanted to lecture me and tell me that every decision I've made and my sister in-law has made was wrong. He told me she should sell her car and buy a new car. Well, I explained she's a single mum and this isn't an option. What more can I say? These guys provided substantial evidence that my Audi was leaking refrigerant out of the evaporator box within the dashboard. I’m currently going through an NCAT tribunal case, That requires substantial proof, fax, and honest business practice. Freeze equip are leaps and bounds in my expectations. Friendly, professional, and integral in my case against a dodgy dealer. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
