Super disappointing experience on the phone enquiring about a family member's car with faulty AC. The first gent I spoke with was lovely , unfortunately i was passed to someone else and he wanted to lecture me and tell me that every decision I've made and my sister in-law has made was wrong. He told me she should sell her car and buy a new car. Well, I explained she's a single mum and this isn't an option.
