Without question this is a company you can trust. We had neglected to get our rug cleaned thinking a weekly vacuum was all that was needed, this created a cleaning challenge for Freeze. They were up front and set expectations but continued to work on our rug in an effort to return it to us in it’s best possible condition. Mission accomplished.
They did a marvelous job on daughters wedding dress. Than y'all so much!!
