Great Customer Service – I've gone into Penn Cycle more than once for help and each time they've been super helpful and responsive. Today I just needed a lock. I'm sure I could have picked one at random but a guy asked if I needed help and then offered his recommendation. It was perfect. I was in and out in 5 minutes and I didn't feel like I needed to be a super biker to get help.
