The bike shop staffs quickly identified the parts I needed & ordered them for me online. The staffs were very welcoming & friendly. Once the parts arrived, the staff also proactively issued help install the parts for me. Really appreciate the staff’s professionalism & great support!
Freewheel has a great selection of bikes from starting level, casual, to high level, competitive and E bikes, Ben helped me pick out my Trek Verve to and was right on with the sizing. When I came to pick it up, the team was great about helping me make all the adjustments. Mike even helped me load it on my vehicle after realizing I needed to get an additional part for my current bike rack!
