Decent selection and the service seems competent. Knocking down three stars though because they will not service ebikes not purchased there (even non electric components) due to a previous customer issue with one particular bike (as of 6 months ago from this review date). They should consider not changing store policy over one difficult customer, and put common sense rules in place like fixing an ebikes non motorized components or have customers sign a waiver.

Love Freewheel. Yes, it’s a chain, but the folks that work there are in to their profession and love what they do. Mike is also an amazingly talented mechanic.
