Freewheel helped from making recommendations to allowing test driving to explaining to me the general maintenance of the bike and not upselling me or making me feel like I had no idea what I was doing... which I didn't. Very patient and knowledgeable staff that gave me their attention and assistance from walking in the store to leaving with my new bike.
