From the moment we walked in to the moment we walked out the sales team at Freewheel was amazing. The gentleman we worked with was so incredibly kind (and patient with my 8 year old who wanted to ask his own questions) and knowledgeable. He allowed my son to try out 3 different bikes in various sizes, adjusting each one to fit him before trying it, and gave us his honest opinion on what would be best for him at his skill level. I cant see myself ever going somewhere else now.
Bloomington location is absoluckily my go-to bike store for last 4 years, and we go there quite often. Very professional staff and very knowledgeable manager. I always get an answer, not even once, I have been disappointed. Purchasing a bike from them was fun! Definitely recommend Bloomington store to all my friends and relatives
