Absolutely stellar service. I came into the shop late in the day on a holiday weekend with an emergency service need. I’m from out of town and had never been there before, but I had an unrideable bike on a bike trip and needed help fast. We had a bit of a miscommunication about the service I was requesting, but they got my bike back to me on time to get me back on the road, and they were super chill about the heroics it took to get me there. Thanks, guys!
