Overall, the staff was good and professional. As the saying goes, there’s always one bad apple, and unfortunately, I had that experience today. I asked the forklift operator if I could sweep my trailer, and he kindly gave me permission. I cleaned it properly, disposed of the wood and dust in the garbage bin, and only a little bit of fine dust was left behind — which is normal after sweeping. The forklift guys was very good unloading was quick but the receiving lady was very bad attitude maybe she is not happy with her job I don’t know she wants to look your shoes even if you tell her that you have your shoes she’s like nop let see if you ask bolt cutters she will ask you driver license no explanation at all you do your thinks your own or you stay there all day
