I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service I received from your company. The entire experience was unprofessional and frustrating from start to finish. Your staff appeared inexperienced and poorly trained, and several of your machines were not functioning properly. Because of these issues, I lost over 7 hours of my time and was unable to reach my destination as scheduled.
