Being unable to leave messages due to the mailbox being full strongly suggests lack of professionalism and follow-through. Suggestion: Disable the voicemail altogether so folks call back the following business day without the taste of BETRAYAL in their mouth. ;)

Brought my vehicle in to get the clutch looked at. I was asked if my car was stock (popular car to modify I guess) and I told him it had 1 aftermarket upgrade. Got a call back with the diagnosis and was told my car was not stock. It was an issue to Mario that I told him it was stock minus the intake. My vehicle came off the assembly line just like it sits minus the intake as mentioned. I was talked down to as if I had no idea what my vehicle was. I had a CEL code P0711 that had come up for my 2016 Camaro SS. After the Sandy location had fumbled this by not asking all of the questions they should have and seemingly not understanding what the issue was with this code, I brought the Camaro to Mario and his team. After first calling and speaking with Mario, he showed me that he has seen the issue I was having with other Chevy vehicles and was very knowledgeable of the problem. Definitely look elsewhere. Had a transmission error code on my Jeep, took it to Freeway and after running diagnostics they said I needed a full new transmission for about 6k. Had a second look and was informed that it was just the TCM Module (1k). Mario will seek the highest payout.
