Mike Cook was, as always, excellent.
We went in for our vehicle we got from them originally and it was giving us problems. We got to talking with our sales representative Elvi F and explaining what was happening with our vehicle and we mentioned trading it in. After pretty much ALL day between Elvi and his team we found a truck I love and a price I can afford. They went above and beyond for me to make sure I was happy we didn’t leave there till after 10pm. Good people honest and will go to bat for you. It’s our 3rd car from them so far so can’t complain.
Came in for a 50,000 mile service with a 7 am appointment and everything went smoothly. The service advisor was great and I was done before 8:30 am. The coffee and snacks are a nice touch while waiting for my vehicle.
