Bought Toyota car here in 2020, then again in 2022. Service level is 5-stars. Been working with service rep Collin for 2+ years, and I trust his advice and recommendations for service. Straight shooter. Love the new inspection videos and recommendations from the mechanics, too. I can easily see why Freeway Toyota keeps winning customer service awards: people like and trust them. Apologies for the repost. I've deleted my prior review because it was sent from the wrong google account. I’m leaving a review because the dealership requested I do so. I purchased a used vehicle at this dealership. Positive: -Dealership delivered the vehicle to me with a full tank of gas and charge. -Price negotiation was brutal and immovable, but fair. -Love the car so far. Negatives: -I provided sales dept 24 hours notice prior to my visit and requested to have vehicle ready, as I'd be driving 3 hours to get to dealership... read more
