Very convenient
Has an ***rv dump***, one of the few I know about in Cedar City. Free with gas purchase, but you have to back in (close to subway).
Uphill on side of building so hose will get stuck of black tank contents and have buy gas or pay 5 bucks to empty definitely never going here again
