Unfortunately I would not recommend this business. We had a great experience with the sales team. They informative and helpful. The service department is not the same. Bought a camper in March paid the $1,000 fee “to have it looked over and make sure everything works”. Went camping AC didn’t work, called service and was told “it’s just too hot”. RecommendedAwesome dealership. We just recently purchased a new wildcat fifth wheel. These people went out of there way to meet us there after hours to look at it. Everything went very smooth from browsing all the way to signing on the dotted line. Would highly recommend A & S RV. The staff was very accommodating and a pleasure to work with. Absolutely no high pressure sales from anyone. Thank you for an awesome experience at your facility. We love our new fifth wheel and can’t wait to actually use it in the spring. Thanks again!!!
Absolutely love Todd R, we found a camper online that we loved when we went to look at it, it was cold as heck Todd had no problem opening the slides for us and showing us every little detail! Absolutely no rushing, no making us feel pressured. He is AMAZING. We appreciate all the time he took with us.
We purchased a camper at another place and had nothing but problems the camper had to be taken back multiple times and they never fixed the issues. We found out about A&S and took it there and they did an outstanding job they fixed the issues the first time that the other rv place didnt do. They are amazing at A&S and do an incredible job. Their customer service is friendly and will forever now recieve our business!!
We recently purchased our second new RV (Flagstaff 5th Wheel) from Rick at A & S RV Midland Great salesmanship. Curt did a good job with our trade in value. Cindy also did a really great job ordering our new steps, slideout toppers and 5th Wheel hitch. Jason and the whole service crew did a great job installing a fifth wheel hitch in my Dodge Ram and getting our fifth wheel ready for us, all washed and prepped ready to pick up on time.
