After reading all the other glowing reviews for Mario, his expertise, and level of service, I gave him a call to fix my upstairs furnace. He was conscientious about following up with our appointment time and kept me informed of when he'd be there. I don't know enough about electricity and HVAC to fix everything myself (thus the reason he was there), but I do know enough that I can recognize people have in depth knowledge versus just those who just read a how-to book. I'm very pleased with the service and promptness from this company. Mario is a very nice guy and he explained everything to me in an understandable way. We needed a new gas heater installed and while he was here he even fixed our refrigerator and even adding that extra service he charged me less than the three other quotes I received from other companies. I highly recommend!
Our air conditioner went out the day before our hottest day yet this summer and Mario was able to squeeze us into his very busy schedule. When the repair was more complicated than could be done that day he was very responsive to phone calls, always got back in a timely manner and gave us a very fair estimate (and stuck to the price upon completion).
