I had a great experience with the Service department. I am from out of town and my car went down in Surrey - I called them and they were able to fit me in for a service. Bryan and Chris were exceptional and very personable and had everything fixed for me the same day.
Big thanks to Serge at the Mazda dealership for making my first car-buying experience smooth and stress-free! He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me find the right car. I couldn’t have asked for better service. Highly recommend Serge if you’re looking to buy your first vehicle!
Had a great experience here. Fadi was super helpful and not pushy at all, really changed my view on dealerships. Ken the manager was also great and checked in to help. They gave me a solid deal on the MX-5, and it was a blast to drive, but sadly the car was too small for me. Still, honest people and a smooth experience. I’d definitely buy from them in the future.
