If I could leave a zero star review I would. Absolutely appalled at the "service desk" lady answering phones today that could not answer a simple question about the shuttle service. Then asked me if I think she should know about the shuttle service... to which I thought ma'am you answered the phone to what I thought was service (service meaning customer service), and instead ended up being a conversation of her speaking down to me. This was my first time buying a car through a dealership and I had a wonderful experience. I found the car online and Gav was quick to contact me. He sent me photos that weren’t on the site and worked fast to set up a test drive. When I arrived for the test drive he greeted me outside and was very detailed in telling me about the car. He was fun and I expected a boring experience but he proved me wrong (which I greatly appreciate). Anyone going to this dealership should ask for Gav!
I’m happy with my experience at Applewood Mazda. Gav was a pleasure to work with and helped our family upgrade our vehicle. The entire process was smooth and hassle-free. I highly recommend them!

Ba careful dealing with the service staff! I’m more than 20 year’s customer of Mazda the total amount of bills I’m paying is the amount printed on job order unless you agree to some additional jobs they recommended. The amount printed on job order is $200 plus something but they charged me $770 then reduced it to $600 plus. He said that there’s an mis understanding on communication when I asked him where is the mis understanding he said I don’t know. There is no additional job cause I declined the recommendation.
