Store is aways close. Went at 11am store was close. Went back at 4pm and store was close...I called the number that's posted on the door and no one answered....Has the store relocated and if so there sould be a sign posted
Everyone was nice and handled everything properly when it came to payment. The only problem is, be careful when canceling your insurance. They will not tell you that a normal cancelation will only give you back 23% of what you paid. So if you plan on canceling, make sure the reason is legit and meets their guidelines. Sadly, I will never be coming back to freeway insurance for any location due to this hidden fee for normal cancelations. One more thing to add. This business is more so an insurance broker place. I incredibly love the customer service. The lady that attended me Ms.Kyir very patient lovely well explained with everything gave me affordable prices for my insurance . Very communicative she needs a raise lol. Thank you so much Freeway insurance for having this lovely customer service!!!!
