Contacted Robert at the North location KCMO. Statefarm gave me a renewal I could not afford. Robert was friendly, knowledgeable about the coverage I needed. After he suggested other coverage I hadn’t thought of we added those and I still saved money!! Grateful for the compassion, understanding and assistance! I was very worried he put my mind at ease! Just thought he deserved a shout out for great customer service! Thank you so much!!
