They insured me in the wrong state and could not fix the problem. I live in Missouri not Illinois. Had to cancel the policy.
If I could give zero stars I would. I never authorized them to add any services to my account and they ended up charging my account after cancellation of an old policy. Fraudulent charges were made to my account.
