Suzan Day was extremely helpful and professional in helping me get my new policy going. I had been working with a different auto insurance broker, but the dude didn't even bother to call me back. Had money ready, zero accidents or tickets. I was sort of frustrated with the whole thing, but she simplified the process and made the rest of it a seamless experience! Much appreciated!
