If I could give zero stars I would. I never authorized them to add any services to my account and they ended up charging my account after cancellation of an old policy. Fraudulent charges were made to my account.

I had a great experience at Freeway Insurance thanks to Cinthia. She took the time to explain my policy in a way that was easy to understand and made sure I knew exactly how my roadside assistance works. She was kind, patient, and answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed. Excellent customer service from start to finish—Cinthia is a super great employee, and I highly recommend working with her!
