if you don't mind waiting over 2 months for your new car policy, this is the agency for you! I thought the new name from Axiom to Freeway meant new management, which was good news since they were so disorganized and terrible customer service to get basic things done. Unfortunately, after recently getting a new car, i never got my updated policy. I called them weeks in a row and was reassured it would be sent by mail/email. They never returned multiple voicemails. Should change the time you close on the website correctly. Got here and it says 5pm not 530pm.

Terrible customer service. Don’t ever get insurance from this company. They never pick their calls, very unprofessional and rude to thier customers.
