Waiting on hold for hours to talk to someone was very frustrating. But once i finally got thru, i spoke with Christina and she was great. She was friendly, respectful and had great customer service. Christina not only helped me with what i needed but found me a better deal for my money. She went above and beyond and because of it she outweighed my frustrations (which doesnt happen too often) and therefore i give 5 stars only because of her, otherwise it would have been much lower.
