I bought an insurance policy 02/19/2018 from Freeway Insurance Services (FIS) based on all of the great reviews. I had an absolute nightmare dealing with FIS. I spent over 3 hours trying to get my insurance cards/declaration after signing and paying $554 because Ms. Garcia (manager) stated the computer was having technical difficulties.
