After being on the phone with them for an hour an a half..as of now..still holding. I have gotten nowhere. Customer service doesn’t know what they are doing. I’ve waited on the phone twice with over 40 people in line ahead of me both times..spoken to 2 managers and they don’t know what the hell theyre doing either. after 2 years with them I am done. They make it impossible to change anything on your policy.

I no longer trust them after going in one day to one of the offices and finding one of my donation boxes stolen. They basically had a no care attitude after a THEFT occurred at their place of business. If you can't trust them to look after the money people donated, how can you trust them with your insurance needs?
This company suck n scammed me, afterwards, try to make me get insurance w them, what the hell. Their customer hit n totalled my car n knows he's at fault but didn't want to repair mine cuz i only had basic coverage. Repairing my car means they loose money so the agent screwed me over. They don't go for justice, rather, fighting for the wrong cause. Worst company i know n i don't recommend to anyone.
This company was so helpful! I was in need for insurance because I bought a new car. I had to work late and Josh Newman stayed late just so I could get insurance as soon as possible. He gave me many options and did not pressure me into getting any insurance. He made it easy for me. I'm so thankful for him and this company for making me getting insurance so easy and at a great rate!

I use to have Geico and they were charging me almost double of what freeway is charging me. Excellent service. I didn't have time to go to an office so Josh Newman helped me do everything over the phone. Literally took me like 20 minutes and I was insured. Thank you Josh for being super fast, friendly and professional. Highly recommend freeway insurance and using Josh Newman as your agent.
