I came here to edit my review because of the bad experience I had with freeway insurance. I was in need of an insurance policy for my vehicle and the agent Jose assisted me on 07/31/2025 but later that same day I found a better rate that would save me money after I contacted Jose to let him know I’d like to cancel and he told me it would be no problem and assured me it would be canceled the same day I guess it was a bad idea to trust this agent because two months later i received a letter in the mail saying my insurance poli... read more
