I’ve had my policy through Freeway for about a year. Haven’t had any issues until recently. On more than one occasion, including a couple months apart, i called to make a simple change on my policy. My call was answered and hung up without notice before i could even receive assistance. After experiencing this more than once, I no longer feel confident that i can rely on the level of customer service I expect from my insurance provider.
