Everything was great, very good service from Miss Daylin, she clarified all my doubts and gave me very good service.
Initially, the process of having a quote to add a vehicle, to a preexisting policy, proved to be a test of patience. To be unbiased, I’m not the primary poc on the policy. However, what I was trying to do was have a quote emailed to said person, for their approval. Getting in touch with someone who could help was challenging and 3/5 times, when being transferred to someone who could help, the automated voice would eventually prompt me to call back later with no option to leave a voice mail.
