They made me cancel my policy, worst mistake EVER! I went there on 12/19/2011 there was only one girl named Crystal. First, I called for a quote and after she supposedly "took my information" she gave me a quote of $180 for 6moths liability. She said I needed to cancel my policy before signing up and that my quote was "saved". After canceling my policy, I went down to the Southmore location in Pasadena, where Crystal was at.
