If I could give this office a -negative rating on thos rating scale I would! Do Not Go There! Extremely Unprofessional! Rude! Useless Employees! All I needed to do was make a payment for someone else and apparently they cannot look up the account without the policy number. They will not look up someone by the name, DOB, address or SSN. You would think they would want payment for their customers. It shouldn't matter who is paying for it! DO NOT RECOMMEND! Worst Customer Service!
