Ridículos customer service done today 11/20/25 by Nancy Touchard at the freeway insurance office in BRADENTON FL. I went in to make a change in my policy around 2pm. After about 8-10 minutes of waiting she asked me if there was something she can help me with, I said yes I need to make a change in my policy. Nancy hasn’t asked me for my policy number or any information to start the process.
