This is my third time working with Freeway Insurance, and unfortunately, this last experience will be my last. I have never had a problem with them until now. On August 13, I purchased an insurance policy for $297.70 but ended up not needing the coverage. I requested a refund, and they only refunded me $50 while trying to hold the rest of my money.
