I went in this morning to try and add another vehicle to my policy after inquiring the day before the lady that was in the office was on the phone. I patiently waited my turn. The lady asked me if she could help me and while I was mid sentence. The lady took a phone call started speaking another language with a customer on the phone. I don’t recommend this office. I came in today with my father who is 75 to try and help him find afforable insurance. Sasha was very knowledgeable, I received an important work call and had to step out for a minute and when I came in I saw the sweetest thing ever, Sasha was sitting next to my father explaining his paperwork patiently and I have to say that my father is hard of hearing.
