I went in this morning to try and add another vehicle to my policy after inquiring the day before the lady that was in the office was on the phone. I patiently waited my turn. The lady asked me if she could help me and while I was mid sentence. The lady took a phone call started speaking another language with a customer on the phone. I don’t recommend this office.
